Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Three M Clothing Supplies! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags or labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.


3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at cmac208@icloud.com. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and help you find the best option.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
