All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders are shipped from Texas, USA via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
5. Expedited Shipping Requests
If you need your order faster than our standard delivery time, please contact us before placing your order at cmac208@icloud.com to check availability and pricing for expedited options.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at cmac208@icloud.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
8. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you. You can request a refund (minus shipping costs) or have it reshipped at your expense.
